Determine termite species before treatment

When treating termites, be sure you first determine the species, as treatment methods can vary. One species that can wreak havoc is drywood termites. They do not require contact with the soil for moisture to survive. As their name implies, they live on seemingly dry wood. And while their colonies tend to be much smaller than those of subterranean termites, drywood termite damage can be equally destructive. Because drywood termites can survive without soil contact, methods for controlling them are different as well. Prioritize a solution with:

⦁ Low volatility. No airborne residues and virtually no odor means your clients can stay in their homes during treatment without worry.

⦁ A nonrepellent product. Termites do not detect it.

⦁ A long residual. Lasting control and low retreat rates are features both your customers and your bottom line will appreciate.
