Recognition is an important part of the employer-employee experience

Scarlett Nolen

Scarlett Nolen

In an industry where a majority of partners are out in the field day in and day out, many pest control companies work hard to recognize achievements of all levels. From personally showing partners how well-respected they are for that they do to helping retain that partner because of the personal feelings recognition generates, there is little doubt of the importance of recognizing partners for their accomplishments in any industry, let alone pest control.

In fact, each spring, Truly Nolen has a time-honored tradition of recognizing our top performers with our Presidents Club trip. This annual celebration all started in New Orleans with our founder (my father) Truly D. Nolen and just a few top sales partners to thank them for their great accomplishments. Over the years, the trip has grown to include top technicians, managers, district managers, a few honored guests and their spouses! We have united in Las Vegas, Key West, Mexico and the Bahamas. This year brings us to Westgate River Ranch in Central Florida (east of Tampa and south of Orlando), and the festivities include a private rodeo complete with barrel racing, lasso tricks and bull riding. Regardless of where we go, the spirit of the trip remains — to thank our partners and their family members for their exceptional commitment and dedication to servicing our customers! The Presidents Club Trip, with great achievement, is just one avenue through which we recognize our partners.

Just as important as the grand sales achievements are to be honored, so are the lesser seen actions that truly make up an organization, no pun intended. In 2020, I established the Yellow Standard. This concept was a nod to the Gold Standards implemented in the Ritz Carlton service culture. The Yellow Standard is a symbol of exceptional service to strive for with internal as well as external partners. This concept has permeated throughout our company! In efforts to recognize those who are exemplifying the Yellow Standard, I gift a yellow golden medallion. The key to this honor is that any partner can receive this award anytime, and be nominated by anyone. The intent is to foster a culture of not only exceptional service, but recognition for the efforts and impact our partners provide to lives inside the organization as well as outside.

Whether it is a simple thank you, a medallion of exception, or fabulous trip, recognition to the team that comprises the company is essential. Every human wants to be recognized. Countless award shows on television and professional organizations throughout daily life showcase that desire. Therefore, I cannot stress enough how much camaraderie you can build as a company when you provide your team members with multiple avenues to achieve recognition.

Mosquito Hero parent firm names new COO

LOGO: WEED MAN

Weed Man named Mike Richard, former national marketing director, as the new chief operating officer (COO). Among Weed Man’s sub-brands is Mosquito Hero.

Over the last 15 years, Richard helped franchisees grow exponentially in their marketing pursuits through the National Sales Analysis Program, which includes weekly conference calls, regular macro sales summaries and franchise system benchmarks.

Prior to his role at head office, Richard has seen the brand through a variety of positions from lawn care technicians, sales manager to eventually shareholder and general manager. He also ran a large multi-unit operation in Canada for nearly 10 years.

“Mike’s grown alongside Weed Man, and has always given his all to franchisees and the people within the company,” said Jennifer Lemcke, CEO of Weed Man. “Due to his tenure, experience, and high-level performance, it’s evident that he is the perfect fit for the COO role.”

In addition to Richard’s promotion, Erica Knapp, Weed Man’s digital and communications directors, was named the COO of TurfBot, a robotic mowing concept and sub-brand of Weed Man. Knapp has over 10 years of communications and digital marketing experience.

Weed Man has also restructured its digital marketing and communications department, promoting Tawnya Pappin to digital marketing and events manager and Crystal Shane to digital marketing strategist. The company will continue to add additional team members to accommodate the accelerated growth.

“As an organization, we’ve always focused on growth and opportunity for our people and believe in the power of promoting within,” Richard said. “Our franchisees do the same within their businesses, as they’re committed to expansion to keep upward mobility available for their existing team members, while acquiring new talent who want to grow with them.”

With the promotions, this places the people within the organization fixated on evaluating new company ventures and cascading resources to customer service efforts to keep the annual high-retention rates and enhance the online customer experience to help the franchise network.

About Weed Man

Founded in 1970, Weed Man is a network of locally owned and operated lawn care businesses providing environmentally responsible fertilization, weed control and integrated pestmanagement services. Weed Man launched Mosquito Hero in 2021.

Identifying different stinging insects

Dr. Chuck Silcox

Dr. Chuck Silcox

Stinging insects that are often encountered by pest management professionals include paper wasps, mud daubers, bald-faced hornets and ground-nesting yellowjackets. They are easily recognized by experienced professionals:

  • Paper wasps (Polistinae) form umbrella-shaped nests in locations that are protected from rain and wind. They often are found under soffits, at the top of window inserts and inside light fixtures.
  • Mud daubers (certain species of Sphecidae and Crabronidae) construct nests comprised of mud
tubes that often are positioned on protected
locations of a building, such as an open porch or a leeward door frame.
  • Bald-faced hornet nests can approach the size of a basketball, and usually are formed on a tree branch. They may also be found attached to a window or to vinyl siding.
  • Yellowjackets usually nest in the ground. There will be a small-diameter hole through which the adults gain access to the nest.

Each of these pests presents unique challenges to technicians. Foremost is the danger of being attacked while in the process of enacting a control measure. Their nests often are located in difficult-to-access locations, which adds to the danger.

The best advice for controlling stinging insects is to do so at night, when they are inactive. If control must be attempted in daylight, then be sure to wear PPE that will fend off attack. It is critical to select a product that provides rapid knockdown during a daylight operation. Ideally, the product will provide residual control so foragers returning to the nest also will be killed.

New millipede species named after Taylor Swift

A newly discovered millipede species was named after Taylor Swift, according to a paper published in ZooKeys.

Dr. Derek Hennen, an entomologist who completed his doctoral degree at Virginia Tech, discovered the species called Nannaria swiftae, or vernacularly, the Swift Twisted-Claw Millipede.

Dr. Hennen shared his discovery on Twitter:

The discovery of the species was part of a paper by Dr. Hennen, along with co-authors Jackson Means and Paul Marek, that identified 17 new species of Twisted-Claw Millipedes from Appalachia. According to the paper, researchers determined the arthropod named for Swift was a unique species because of the millipede’s genetics and “special legs.”

The Swift Twisted-Claw Millipede is a “thank you” from Dr. Hennen to Swift since her music has gotten him through “some rough times,” he told NPR.

As a Swift fan, Dr. Hennen keeps a couple of her CDs in his car that he cycles through. His favorite songs are “New Romantics” and “betty.”

As part of his research, Dr. Hennen traveled to 17 states — including Virginia, the Carolinas, Pennsylvania and New York — in search of millipedes. Often traveling with others, he said he was able to include some of Swift’s music during the drives.

He found the Swift Twisted-Claw Millipede at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee — a state that also marks the beginnings of Swift’s career. As a teenager, Swift moved to Hendersonville, Tenn., to pursue a country music career in Nashville.

Dr. Hennen said the new millipede was found on the side of the road near the state park.

He expects the millipede to be pretty well protected because it’s in a state park. The new millipede was also found in a few other Tennessee counties.

Manage customer expectations with mosquitoes

Photo: Susan Ellis, Bugwood.org

We asked Pest Management Professional’s columnists and editorial advisory board members to share tips for managing customer expectations of mosquito control. Here are some of the experts’ responses from our April 2022 print edition.

Please take a minute to answer our latest one-question poll on this topic and let us know how you promote disinfecting and sanitizing services: Reader poll: Managing customer expectations with mosquitoes.

PMP’s Editorial Advisory Board and Regular Contributors

Dr. Hamilton Allen

Dr. Hamilton Allen

Dennis Jenkins: “Remind customers that mosquitoes come from a distance away when there is a gathering of ‘food’ — read, you and your friends! Nothing is perfect, but the control our industry offers is far better than anything customers can do on their own.”

Dr. Hamilton Allen:Don’t oversell service outcomes. Residential mosquito management programs consist of localized treatments around a home, not area-wide suppression programs.”

Doug Foster: “Honest, upfront education and communication are the keys to managing customer expectations with mosquito control. All your conversations and literature should emphasize suppression as opposed to elimination. Anything less is setting your customer up for disappointment.”

Dr. Faith Oi

Dr. Faith Oi

Dr. Faith Oi:Never promise reduction in disease incidence.”

Greg Baumann: “Educate customers that service will reduce mosquito populations and thus provide good relief where treated. The service doesn’t eliminate mosquitoes in areas where there is no control, such as neighboring properties, so no program will ‘eliminate’ all mosquitoes on their property.”

Pete Schopen: “We have an open dialogue with our clients. We explain to the customer about flooding issues, stagnant water receptacles, how larvicides work, the chemicals we’ll be using in our backpack blower-misters, etc. We want them to know everything so they are well-informed, which hopefully will manage their expectations.”

Paul Hardy:Start at the sale. The office will receive feedback from customers concerning mosquito services when the salesperson doesn’t cover the customer’s expectations. Service is a partnership with the customer and the pest management professional to ensure satisfaction. For example, the time of application should be scheduled for the early morning or close to nighttime for the best results. Keep in mind the weather forecast, too. Application in wind, water, snow and — here’s one that isn’t addressed often until it’s too late: lawn sprinklers that turn on during the visit — will not likely meet with success.”

Kurt Scherzinger

Kurt Scherzinger

Kurt Scherzinger, ACE: “The key to mosquito service is calling it what it is. It is mosquito control, not mosquito elimination. Your customer will still see some mosquitoes; however, they will be able to enjoy their living space more than they ever have before.”

Foster Brusca:Setting proper expectations at the start of any pest control service will go a long way with customers. You should inform your customer of the material you are using, and how long it might take to see results. Inform your customer of any conducive conditions on their property, and inform them that the mosquito issue may not be resolved without correcting these conditions. Mosquito control is never a one-and-done, so tell your customer that it may require seasonal, or even ongoing applications regularly, such as quarterly or monthly.”

Michael Broder: “For mosquitoes, we have to give the customer realistic expectations. Our goal is to protect their property, but that can’t stop other mosquitoes from flying onto their property from neighboring sites.”

2022 Women in Pest Control conference to be held in Houston

Women in Pest Control (WIPC) will hold its third annual conference this year in Houston, Texas, Sept. 28-30.

LOGO: WOMEN IN PEST CONTROL

LOGO: WOMEN IN PEST CONTROL

The event will feature educational sessions and networking opportunities. Sponsors of this year’s conference include Veseris, Rockwell Labs, Kness, Pest Management Professional (PMP), ConidioTech, B&G, Target Specialty Products, BASF, Bird Z, WorkWave, Senestech, GorillaDesk, AMM Insurance, TRNZ4m and Bayer.

The event will be held at the Sheraton North Houston Hotel, the setting for the conference held in 2021. The inaugural WIPC conference took place in Austin, Texas, Aug. 23, 2019.

WIPC began as a Facebook group, and grew from there. Bobbie Terry, owner of The Bug Lady Pest Services in Cedar Creek, Texas, founded WIPC in 2017 and shortly thereafter brought on Lisa Myers-Botts, owner of Peacock Pest Prevention in Cypress, Texas.

The WIPC Facebook group is open only to women in the pest management industry, no matter their title. No topic is off-limits for the members of WIPC, who work in all facets of the industry.

“This is not about excluding men,” Myers-Botts told PMP in 2019. “It’s about learning to embrace our power in a male-dominated industry.”

The WIPC Facebook group includes 1,200 women from around the world who work in the pest control industry. The success of the Facebook group gave Terry and Myers-Botts the idea to get together with other women in the industry. WIPC events are for women only; the attendees, presenters, manufacturer and media representatives, all are women

In most cases when a home is damaged by a disaster, the homeowner(s) are already upset by the time the restorer gets there. The last thing a restorer wants to do is add insult to injury by doing or not doing something that could add stress or make the situation worse.

About UPFDA

In 1968, UPFDA was formed to represent the suppliers to the pest management industry. According to the organization’s website, “suppliers felt that the best way to provide service to the industry was to establish an association to voice their common concerns and position on packaging, shipping, sponsorships, conferences, legislation and regulatory affairs. For 52 years, UPFDA has been giving this important sector of the pest management industry a voice.”

How to treat stings form stinging insects

David Newfang

David Newfang, ACE

Stinging pests have a way of putting fear into people, and the dangers are real. There is a high risk to people with allergies to their stings. Fortunately, only a small percentage of the population — approximately 1 percent of children and 3 percent of adults — have acute allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to the venom associated with stinging pests.

First aid for a sting includes monitoring the victim for allergic reactions, and washing the affected area with soap and water. If the sting is from a honey bee, remove the stinger. Apply a cold compress to relieve swelling, but do not scratch the sting site. Over-the-counter antihistamines may help. If there is any sign of distress or allergy, seek medical attention immediately.

The most common stinging insects pest management professionals encounter include honey bees, Africanized honey bees, wasps, yellowjackets and hornets. The treatments for these types of insects are usually straightforward.

Botanicals are fast-acting and highly repellent, so they can provide quick knockdown. They also make the nest undesirable for new or returning insects. We recommend either a foaming jet aerosol and/or wettable dust (in dry form). Treating either a ground nest or an enclosed hive with these types of products is usually sufficient for control.

Franklin Pest Solutions accepting donations for Movers For Moms

Logos: Franklin Pest Solutions and Two Men and a Truck

Franklin Pest Solutions hopes to help moms in need this Mother’s Day by providing its offices as drop-sites for the Two Men and a Truck Movers For Moms program.

The program provides a way for people in the community to help moms in need by donating essential items.

“We hope being a collection partner in the Movers for Moms program can help make Mother’s Day special for moms in need,” said Janelle Iaccino, of Franklin Pest Control.  “Our hearts go out to them and hope their day can be special under any circumstances.”

Franklin Pest Solutions is providing drop-off sites for Indiana and Kentucky. The Two Men and a Truck locations in Indiana and Kentucky are some of the dozens of locations nationwide that the company has for collecting items for moms in need.

This is the second year in a row Franklin Pest Solutions is partnering with Two Men and a Truck at their Indianapolis, Lafayette and Michigan City, Ind., locations. Each location is partnering with a a local charity in their area to help moms in need.

The items deposited at Franklin Pest Solutions locations in Indianapolis will be delivered to The Salvation Army Ruth Lilly Women and Children’s Center; items deposited at the Michigan City location will be delivered to The Caring Place in Valparaiso, items deposited at the Lafayette, Ind. location will benefit LTHC Homeless Services and items from Franklin’s new Albany location will benefit Refuge for Women in Louisville, Ky.

The Caring Place is the only 24-hour crisis line and emergency shelter in Porter County.  In Indiana, 1,863 victims of domestic violence, both children and adults, found refuge in emergency shelters or transitional housing provided by local domestic violence programs, according to The Caring Place website.

“Of course, Covid brought so many wonderful programs to a halt,” said Kyle Brown with Two Men and a Truck in Valparaiso and Crown Point.  We are thrilled to be bringing this back and hope that the donations help brighten days for moms everywhere,” he added.

Refuge for Women in Louisville provides a safe-haven for women who have escaped sex trafficking, providing life-coaching, a living facility and transition assistance.

“Last year, we were able to gather more than 1,500 items even with so many drop-off locations shut and shuttered.  We believe we will surpass that this year,” said Jennifer Klinglesmith, of Two Men and a Truck in Louisville.

Klinglesmith added that personal hygiene items, household items, cleaning supplies and gift cards are some of the items that really help. Domestic abuse and homeless shelters welcome essential care items like soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, socks, slippers and more to help moms and their children.

According to Two Men and a Truck, 60 percent of homeless women are mothers, many of whom find help at local shelters. In addition to safe shelter, most locations also provide counseling, legal advocacy and other resources.

Once dropped off at a Franklin location, Two Men and a Truck will pick up the donated items and deliver them to the shelter(s). More than one million items have been collected since the program began.

Roundtrip Roundup: Legislative Day 2022

Pest management professionals (PMPs) and manufacturer representatives met up at the Capital Hilton hotel in Washington, D.C., March 13-15 for the first three days of the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA’s) Legislative Day event.

Turnout was nearly back to pre-pandemic days as educational sessions, keynote addresses, committee meetings and networking receptions were well-attended.

Like last year, the Capitol Hill visits with state representatives were held online because the U.S. Capitol and House and Senate offices remain closed to the general public, a move that took place two days after the Legislative Day event ended in 2020.

Because the closures still stand, the NPMA partnered again this year with Soapbox, a company that created meeting schedules and provided an easy-to-use platform to coordinate talking points and contact information for PMPs making virtual Capitol Hill visits on March 16 with their representatives.

The purpose of Legislative Day, now in its 38th year, is to meet with Congressional representatives in their offices on Capitol Hill and explain the issues that are having an impact on the pest control industry.

This year, the NPMA asked PMPs to focus on two issues:

  1. Pesticide preemption. This is an important issue in the pest control industry, because without it, pesticides can be regulated at the local level. As a result, PMPs would be required to keep track of a patchwork of regulations that may differ from one municipality to another. The NPMA contends that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the state lead agency have the technical expertise and resources to best evaluate whether a pesticide is safe and effective, as opposed to municipalities. Pesticide preemption currently is in effect in 46 states; however, several states have pushed for its repeal. Representative Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) is introducing a bill that would ensure pesticide preemption nationwide. For their Capitol Hill visits, PMPs were asked to see whether their representatives would be interested in co-sponsoring this bill.
  2. Protect America’s Children from Toxic Pesticides Act (PACTPA). If passed in its current form, this bill would repeal pesticide preemption in the 46 states that currently have it, allow citizen petitions to designate pesticides as “dangerous,” and immediately suspend in the United States any pesticide that has been banned or suspended in Canada or the European Union. Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) introduced the bill in November. It is co-sponsored by Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Alex Padilla (D-Calif.) and Ed Markey (D-Mass.).

Attendees were given handouts with frequently asked questions and details about these issues to put PMPs at ease as they met with their representatives.

Legislative Day sponsors included MGK and Control Solutions Inc.; Strategic Sponsors BASF, Bayer, Corteva Agriscience and Syngenta; and Premier Sponsor FMC.

Next year, Legislative Day will take place March 12-14.

With family in attendance, his brother John recalled David’s dedication to the pest control industry and thanked the NPMA for the special honor. Photo: PMP Staff

Said Canning, “Every person in your company is a recruiter.” Photo: PMP Staff

To ensure meetings with representatives run smoothly, a session covering the issues Legislative Day attendees were asked to discuss with their representatives was held. The afternoon keynote presentation featured Michael Smerconish, host of the SiriusXM podcast “The Michael Smerconish Program” as well as CNN’s “Smerconish.” He encouraged attendees to keep an open mind and get their news from a variety of sources instead of the same places all the time. “Do yourself a favor and change the channel. Pest-End launches rebranding initiative

LOGO: PEST-END

Pest-End announced a rebranding initiative, which includes a new logo. IMAGE: PEST-END

Pest-End, a privately-owned pest control companies in New England, announced a company-wide rebranding initiative.

The new modernized identity illustrates a more progressive direction for the business as part of significant growth objectives over the next decade.

This rebrand marks another milestone in the company’s recent evolution as it continues to reinvent itself under the direction of second-generation owners Adam Carace, Courtney Carace and Amanda Forrestall.

With a goal of becoming the largest privately owned pest management company in New England by 2031, the three owners have wasted no time in planning and implementing changes across the company.

In 2021, the ownership trio, featured in Pest Management Professional magazine in September 2021, determined the need for a more dedicated focus on marketing, including the branch’s visual identity.

Courtney Carace, COO, is eager for the future of the company but is not losing sight of its past.

“Since taking over the reins in 2021, Adam, Amanda, and I have remained devoted to ensuring exceptional experiences for our team and customers. Though eternally grateful for the foundation Pest-End is built upon, we recognize that changes are needed to achieve our short and long-term objectives. Marketing and brand recognition were two areas we prioritized. Bringing our marketing in-house has proven successful, and our rebrand initiative is only the beginning of a multi-year strategy.”

PHOTO: PEST-END

The new branding for Pest-End includes new uniforms and fleets. PHOTO: PEST-END

The first significant and comprehensive rebrand since Pest-End’s inception in 1977 will touch all aspects of the company’s visual identity and the non-visual brand components such as the tone of voice and language. A decision to remove the word “exterminator” from the company’s name further enforces modernization initiatives.

Expectations among the company’s leadership team are running high for the rebrand to aid in more than just sales and revenue gains.

Amanda Forrestall, CFO, explains the uphill battle of shifting perceptions of the pest management industry and its impact on the already challenging hiring climate.

“The hiring climate in our industry has always had its challenges due to preconceived notions so many have. However, we have been fortunate to continue to grow our team organically, focusing on our core values and company culture. The new look of our brand helps to modernize our business and has already sparked an uptick in interest from potential candidates, not just customers.”

Adam Carace, CEO, realizes the significance of the company’s past with its corresponding success today.

“While the rebrand is significant to help us achieve our goals, we have never lost sight of our past and what has successfully brought our company to today. At its core, Pest-End remains a family-owned business with decades of guiding principles that provide us with a launching pad for our future. As a team, we knew that some changes were needed to help better establish Pest-End as a top-tier business offering quality services.”

The company will roll out its new branding in the coming weeks, including a newly launched website slated for late spring. The more topical items that have been refreshed include,

Finding yellowjacket nests

Mark Lanford, Technical Representative, Ensystex

Mark Lanford, Technical Representative, Ensystex

Whether it’s the eastern (Vespula maculifrons), southern (V. squamosa), or other species, why do yellowjackets seem so aggressive? The answer is simple: Yellowjackets are territorial, and when they feel their nest is threated, they will attack. Yellowjackets and their cousins, the bald-faced hornets (Dolichovespula maculate), secrete an alarm pheromone whenever threatened or disturbed. That’s why swatting and killing that pesky yellowjacket that’s circling your drink only seems to draw more to the party. And as we move through the season and their food sources dry up in late summer, the problem only gets worse.

At these accounts, you may need to go on a little hunting mission to locate the yellowjacket nest(s). They usually will be found underground, although sometimes they can be located nesting in the walls of a home. An early-morning or early-evening treatment is the prescription.

My favorite method always has been insecticidal dust applied with an extension puffer bulb. If possible, place a window screen over the nest entry hole before applying any treatment, to prevent yellowjackets from escaping and to protect yourself and others from a vicious attack.

5 questions with Gilles Galliou

Gilles Galliou

Gilles Galliou

On March 10, Bayer AG, based in Leverkusen, Germany, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Environmental Science unit to Cinven, a private-equity firm based in London, England, for $2.6 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of this year. Pest Management Professional interviewed Gilles Galliou, who is leading the ES business and the divestment efforts as CEO, to better understand the impact the deal will have on the professional pest control industry.

1. What does the sale of Bayer’s Environmental Science (ES) unit mean for ES employees?

Today, we have approximately 800 employees working for ES. By the time the transaction closes, we expect to have a company of around 1,000 employees. We are currently in the process of hiring these additional positions to equip the business with the necessary skills to ensure operational readiness as an independent company.

Cinven has significant experience in investing in and growing businesses similar to ES. As we continue to grow, we will invest in new team members accordingly to ensure the best possible support for our customers.

2. What does it mean for product stewardship to pest management professionals (PMPs)?

ES will continue its commitment to product stewardship. We will build upon Bayer’s product safety commitment, and adapt to our new company’s needs based on scientific methodology. We will also continue to offer product and solution training and educational resources.

In addition, the ES portfolio is continuously adapting and evolving to bring innovative offerings to our customers. Based on the terms of the agreement, Cinven will have the rights to the full product line and services of the ES Professional business (excluding glyphosate products), as well as access rights to the related research-and-development (R&D) pipeline. There also will be opportunities for third-party partnerships and collaborations.

3. When will new branding be announced, and where will ES be headquartered?

After the deal closes, ES will have access to use of the Bayer brand for two years, subject to certain exceptions for some countries. Work is underway to plan for the transition from the Bayer brand to the new corporate brand. Cinven will work with ES teams to develop a new brand. We expect the brand launch and transition will occur after closing and prior to the license expiration of the Bayer brand.
In line with our long-term strategy, the ES business is headquartered in Cary, N.C. Cary is part of the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area, which is an innovation hub and near where many of our U.S.-based team members already live. The R&D facilities in Clayton and in RTP will remain for the same reasons.

4. Will the new business continue to be an active industry steward by sponsoring training events, conferences, advocacy initiatives, etc.?

Absolutely. All of our investments will go toward advancing the professional pest management, vector control, vegetation management, forestry, and turf and ornamental industries and the customers therein. As we grow, our support will grow as well.

5. What else should PMPs know about this new chapter for ES?

ES is driven by our vision of healthy environments for everyone, everywhere, and we are passionate about supporting our customers in their important work. Cinven has a shared belief in purpose and people, and is committed to long-term growth that will benefit us and, more importantly, our customers. We are excited about the future.
