Pelsis announces two new leadership, sales employees

Pelsis and B&G Equipment Company, a Pelsis Group brand, announced two additions to its leadership and sales teams.

Anna Berry joins the company as a U.S. technical director, and Scott LaFave will be a western regional manager.

Berry is a board-certified entomologist with about 20 years of experience in the pest management industry with a background in commercial pest management, particularly in food processing, food retail facilities and store product insects.

In her role as technical director, Berry is responsible for improving technical data and processes, assisting with product improvement and development, and helping inside and outside sales teams. She previously served as a training manager and entomologist for McCloud Services, which was acquired by Terminix. She has a Master of Science in grain science and industry with an emphasis in pest management from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in communication studies from the University of Oregon.

LaFave also has 20 years of experience in the pest control industry. Based in Southern California, he will continue relationships with distributors and pest management professionals in California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Arkansas and Idaho. He previously worked for Bell Laboratories, FMC and Nisus Corporation.
