Black Diamond Pest Control opens new branch

Black Diamond Pest Control‘s newest branch in Knoxville, Tenn., is now open.

The location offers pest control services to residential and commercial clients in Campbell, Anderson, Union, Grainger, Roane, Loudon, Blout, Sevier, Jefferson, Hamblen and Knox counties.

Brain Thornton is leading this expansion as the branch manager and is also a pest control specialist.

“I came to Black Dimond Pest Control because, here, customers and teammates come first,” Thornton said in a news release. “The common thread throughout the entire company is customer service and teamwork.”

Director of Business Travis Donaldson explained in the release that while looking to expand the company, it was imperative for them to find individuals that reflected the core values of the company — the highest priority being customer service.

“I’m confident that Brian reflects these values. He understands the impact of delivering on the promise of a customer service experience that’s second to none,” Donaldson said. “With him at the helm, I’m excited to see where he takes Black Diamond in the Knoxville, Tenn., area.”
