The content The Pest Posse is offering in December is in line with its mission to be “a trusted resource for training and information pest management professionals (PMPs) need to sharpen their skills and gain knowledge.”
In December, The Pest Posse will be releasing the following new content on The Pest Posse TV:
Dec. 11: Terminating an employee is no easy task and if done incorrectly could lead to some serious legal issues. This episode will have guest Maria Berta, human relations consultant at Berta Consulting Group, back in the house to discuss with The Pest Posse co-owner Foster Brusca the best practices for terminating an employee.
Dec. 18: This episode has the owner of Olympia Pest Management and the executive director of the Washington State Pest Management Association, Samantha Malone, discussing what has helped her be successful in the pest control industry — as well as what has worked for growing her business.
Dec. 25: Spend Christmas with Brusca and The Pest Posse Culley Christensen as they unbox several J.T. Eaton products that were sent to them by Dale Baker, president of the Twinsburg, Ohio-based industry product manufacturer.
In addition, new “Today’s PMP” episodes will air Dec. 14 and Dec. 28. Created in partnership with PMP magazine, The Pest Posse series checks in with PMP Senior Editor Diane Sofranec on the latest developments in the pest control industry, and takes a sneak peek at what will be inside the latest issue.
Pest Posse TV is accessible on The Pest Posse website and features new weekly video content — tips, techniques, product reviews, training and pest control-related industry updates — to viewers who sign up for free.
