Truly Nolen Pest Control promoted Augie Hooker to manager of the company’s Tempe, Ariz., service office.
Hooker joined Truly Nolen in August 2016 and was most recently the assistant manager of the company’s Phoenix service office. Prior to joining the company, he spent eight years managing valet and self-parking operations at several of San Diego’s largest hotels. He is also a University of California at Santa Barbara graduate.
Hooker’s new responsibilities include helping the service office gain more visibility in Tempe and instilling the company’s core values in his team. “I am excited to have the opportunity to lead an awesome team and help them continue to grow,” says Hooker, who relocated with his family from California for this opportunity. “I love working for this company because you never feel alone, and everyone supports you no matter what questions you may have.”
“Augie has successfully implemented servicing at the highest level and has elevated the technician’s ability to communicate better with customers,” said Leo Gomes, district manager in Phoenix. “He has assisted in three different Western U.S. districts, and I am happy to have him as part of my team.”
