Arrow Exterminators hosts annual kickoff meeting for 2020

Arrow Exterminators hosted its annual Fiscal Year Kickoff meeting. More than 400 team members attended the two-day event at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta.

Attendees celebrated achievements from the prior fiscal year including a record-breaking milestone of achieving double digit revenue growth for the ninth year in a row.

“Our success is directly related to the talent of our team members and their hard work and passion,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, President and CEO of Arrow. “It was my distinct pleasure to award and acknowledge those that helped us not only meet but exceed our company goals and achieve nine consecutive years of double-digit growth.”

The meeting also focused on a strong start to the 2019-2020 fiscal year and introduced the internal fiscal year “Win the Heart” theme. The theme is based on the the book Win the Heart by Mark Miller, who hosted a workshop at Arrow’s annual meeting last year.

Arrow’s Tim Pollard, senior executive VP and COO, said, “The themes of team member engagement and the four cornerstones of CARE, ideas from bestselling author Mark Miller’s Win The Heart, resonated with our team fully. The managers left motivated with a renewed sense of commitment.”

The second day of the meeting was dedicated to a leadership and motivational workshop hosted by Randy Gravitt, who hosted a workshop at Arrow’s annual meeting two years ago.

“Randy Gravitt’s workshop was an excellent fit for Arrow as he emphasized how creating a company culture full of engagement is beneficial for everyone,” Pollard said.
