Birmingham, Ala.-based Waynes Pest Control, an Anticimex company, has acquired Nashville, Tenn.-based HomeShield Termite and Pest Control. Terms were not disclosed, but this is Waynes’ third acquisition in the greater Nashville, Tenn., market within 18 months.

I know that they will continue to service the community and our customers with the same dedication that HomeShield has. They will provide even greater resources and opportunities for our customers and employees.”
HomeShield has served Nashville and the surrounding communities for nearly 15 years.
