Reading, Pa.-based Rentokil North America announced the acquisition of Inman-Murphy Termite and Pest Control, which was finalized in June.
Founded in 1999, Inman-Murphy Termite and Pest Control is based in Memphis, Tenn., with locations also in Atoka, Barlett, Berclair, Collierville, Germantown and Millington, Tenn. The company serves residential and commercial customers in the Memphis metro area and provides a full range of pest control services for cockroaches, ants, mice, termites and other pests.

In September, Rentokil also acquired New York-based Arrow Exterminating Co., which was finalized in June. In August, Rentokil North America acquired Hamilton, Ontario-based Aanteater Pest Control and Wildlife Services.
