Rose Pest Solutions promoted Adan Hernandez to district manager, overseeing the company’s Fort Wayne, Ind., service area.
Previously the service supervisor for the Fort Wayne area, Hernandez will assume all aspects of district operations in his new role, especially those related to client satisfaction and quality control. Hernandez will also lead the recruitment, hiring and training of new employees joining the Rose Pest Solutions team. He started as a service technician with the company in 2009.
Prior to joining Rose, Hernandez was a sales service representative and a customer service route representative for Fortune 500 companies.
“Adan has always demonstrated great client rapport, hard work and commitment to get the job done correctly and on time,” says Jim Ives, president of Rose Pest Solutions, in a press release. “His drive, determination and attention to detail has served him well when working with our clients.”
Hernandez replaces Bob Seske, who previously served as Rose Pest Solutions district manager for both the Fort Wayne and South Bend, Ind., service areas. Because of growth in the South Bend market, Seske will now focus on client satisfaction and quality control in that community.
Founded in 1860, Rose Pest Solutions provides a wide range of services — including residential, commercial and municipal pest management — from its 15 offices in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Rose employs five Board Certified Entomologists (BCEs) and nine other credentialed entomologists. The company is also QualityPro, QualityPro Schools and GreenPro certified.
