Terminix International — a subsidiary of ServiceMaster — acquired Desert Pacific Exterminators, located in Yucca Valley, California. The Aust Group represented Desert Pacific as the exclusive financial adviser for this transaction.

In 1991, Steve and Laurie Hawkins formed Desert Pacific Exterminators, focusing on the High Desert market in California. The family-owned company was voted “Best of the Best” in the Morongo Basin for the past six years.

It is a business unit of ServiceMaster Global Holdings, a provider of residential and commercial services. Terminix is also known as the “Official Pest Control Specialist of Minor League Baseball.”
