Cetane to host October webinar

Cetane Associates will host a webinar titled “Pest Control ‘Town Hall’ on Acquisitions” on Oct. 10 at 12 p.m. Eastern.

The webinar will be presented by Bob Williamson, pest and lawn director at the company. Barrett Conway, the company’s managing director, will moderate the webinar, which will include a Q&A session.

Williamson will answer questions about the landscape of acquisitions in today’s pest control space. For more than 30 years, he worked with a large Mid-Atlantic residential service provider. His experience as a leading pest management professional and former buyer will offer a unique perspective.

Williamson has handled more than 40 acquisitions during his career and has visited many diverse service companies across the country, sharing ideas that can help companies grow and prosper. The list of services he has managed includes pest control, swimming pool, lawn and tree care, home security, delivered fuels and HVAC. Williamson has a bachelor of science in agronomy from Penn State University and a masters of business administration from LaSalle University. He serves on the Pennsylvania Pesticide Advisory Board, is former president of the Lawn Care Association of Pennsylvania and former president of Warrington PA Rotary Club.

Conway engages in mergers and acquisitions advisory, business value estimates, and transaction analysis. He leads the firm’s deal execution team. He has over nine years of overall experience in the professional financial advisory space and has worked on more than 100 mergers and acquisitions transactions with Cetane Associates. As a member of the National Propane Gas Association, Barrett currently sits on the audit committee and was named to the propane industry’s inaugural class of 30 Under 30 in 2020. He received a bachelor of business administration degree from Texas A&M University with a concentration in finance.
