QualityPro Chair Susan Hare, of Thrasher Termite and Pest of SoCal in San Diego, Calif., unveiled a brand-new credential for customer service professionals at PestWorld 2023.
This credential will serve to recognize office and sales team members for the vital contributions they make toward the pest management industry and to confer the same level of professional recognition previously only available to field professionals.
“This is not a credential for ‘CSRs,’” Hare said, referring to customer service representatives. “This is for Customer Service Professionals — because everyone who works in the pest management industry is a professional, whether on the front lines out in the field, or on the front lines with the sales team.”
