Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators has purchased Kelly’s Pest Control in Saraland, Ala. This transaction will allow Arrow to continue building a strong presence in the in South Alabama Gulf Region.
Kelly’s is a full-service company focused on termite and pest control services for customers in Alabama’s Baldwin and Mobile counties.
“We are thrilled to welcome the team members and customers of Kelly’s Pest Control to the Arrow family,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO of Arrow. “We will maintain Kelly’s main office in Saraland and also the satellite office in Citronelle and operate as Arrow Exterminators in each, giving us nine service centers throughout the state of Alabama and further strengthening our presence along the Gulf Coast.”
Kelly’s second-generation owner, Tommy Kelly, said he couldn’t be happier that the company is merging with Arrow and its team who value both family and customers.
“When we started looking for a home for our Kelly’s family, we immediately knew Arrow would be the right company as we knew they would take the best care of our team members,” Kelly said. “We reached out to Arrow exclusively and we have been very impressed with their team from our first meeting in September and in every interaction since then. We knew we were with the right company as Arrow is obsessed about how customers and employees are treated.”
All 26 members of Kelly’s will continue their careers with Arrow.

Kelly’s Pest Control was founded in 1953. According to Tim Pollard, Arrow’s senior executive VP and COO, the company is a very established and extremely well-respected name in the South Alabama market.

Earlier this year, Arrow purchased Lewis Cobb Pest Control, establishing a foundation in Orlando, Fla., to serve customers throughout central Florida.
