Every Monday in May, The Pest Posse will host a “U.S. Armed Forces in Pest Control” YouTube series, sponsored by Catchmaster. The Pest Posse, based in Santa Clara, Calif., is a self-described weekly YouTube series, continuing training solution, and consultant dedicated to pest management professionals (PMPs) and small- to medium-size business owners. Co-owner Foster Brusca is a member of Pest Management Professional’s (PMP’s) editorial advisory board.
The series kicks off with a live episode on Monday, May 3, with special guest Dr. Stan Cope, Catchmaster’s VP, Technical Products and Services, and a past president of the American Mosquito Control Association (AMCA). During the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA’s) Legislative Day event last month, Dr. Cope was announced as the PestVets Veteran of the Year. He will be formally recognized at PestWorld in November.
The Pest Posse chose May for this series because it is Military Appreciation Month. “We wanted to recognize the pest management professionals who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces and acknowledge their military service, the sacrifice they have made to protect our nation, and their dedication to the professional pest management industry,” Brusca said in a news release.
ABOUT THE PEST POSSE

The Pest Posse currently provides a weekly YouTube series on Mondays, with special episodes on periodic Thursdays. In addition, The Pest Posse Academy is a continuous training solution and The Pest Posse Stampede is a twice-a-month podcast.
