Stinging insects are a nightmare for the average homeowner. After all, nobody likes to get stung.
In many cases, technicians can simply treat nests with an appropriately labeled wasp and hornet spray. Consider, too, that using a foam solution on nests prevents individuals from flying. Most species will sting when really disturbed, and foaming prevents this, immobilizing the individual stinging insect.
Think of bringing comfort to the customer: Regularly inspect under eaves and other likely nesting areas, and catch nests in their early-construction stage. Most liquid insecticides leave a good residual that will prevent continued nest-building. Prevention, as compared to remediation, usually is more effective.
