Certus expands further into the south Florida market with the acquisition of Gulf Stream Termite & Environmental Services.

Founded in 1979, Gulf Stream Termite & Environmental Services has serviced West Palm Beach, Fla., and surrounding communities for over four decades.

Gulf Stream Termite & Environmental Services provides solutions for termite, lawn and pest problems and technicians deliver a range of services, from residential to commercial and industrial, and from small to large buildings that eliminate termites and other pests.

Gulf Stream Termite & Environmental Services Owner Jeff Freebold, ACE, built his business with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to superior service through integrated pest management (IPM).

“I wanted to make certain I transitioned my employees and customers to a company that takes the same technical, professional approach that I have over the years,” Freebold said in a news release. “I’m confident that both will be in good hands with the team at Certus.”

Mike Givlin, CEO and co-founder of Certus, added, “I’m delighted to have Gulf Stream join our South Florida team. Jeff has built a business on superior service and expertise, making it a great fit for Certus.”
