Hawthorne, N.J.-based Prestige Pest Services recently completed renovations at its headquarters and updated its systems.
Prestige Pest Services started renovations of its headquarters offices earlier this year. The upgrade of the building was accompanied with an update of its operation systems and its computer and software platforms.
Favio Ulloa, president and owner of Prestige Pest Services, said in a news release, “It is important that we grow in all aspects. The expansion of our sales and the increasing demand of our services have required that we strategically prepare for growth to efficiently cater with the on-the-go market demands. We have new software, updated filing, new billing systems, modernized scheduling, and updated quality assurance practices, among many other improvements.”
About Prestige Pest Services
Favio Ulloa founded Prestige Pest Services with his wife, Karol, in 2014. Prior to starting his company, Ulloa worked for Stuart Aust and his Paramus, N.J.-based Bug Doctor team, which is now part of Anticimex, for more than 10 years.
Ulloa and his wife emigrated to New Jersey from Ecuador in 2000, while in their early 20s. Soon after they arrived, they both learned English as a second language at a local community college, and held a variety of jobs that taught them about sales and customer service — all of which prepared them for becoming pest management professionals (PMPs).
