Sprague Pest Solutions promoted two within its operations leadership team. Heather Mann was promoted to operations manager for the Portland, Ore., office, and Chant Martin, ACE, was appointed operations manager for the Seattle, Wash., office.

In their new roles, the pair will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring their respective teams continue to meet the needs and service expectations of Sprague’s commercial clients.

Mann has been with Sprague since 2021 and has been a critical element of the Portland team
winning consecutive branch of the year awards in 2021 and 2022. With this promotion, she becomes
Portland’s second operations manager for Sprague’s largest branch.

“We are thrilled to promote Heather to operations manager,” said Paul Harriot, Portland branch
manager. “Her leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of our business will help us strengthen our
position in our market and further enhance our service delivery.”

Martin was awarded the Impact Award for Women in Pest Management by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) in 2023. She joined Sprague in 2019 and has demonstrated an ability to lead high-performing teams while maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.

“Chant has shown a remarkable commitment to operational excellence and team development,” said
Nate Cechman, Seattle branch manager. “As we continue to expand our services in Seattle, Chant’s
leadership will be essential in meeting the unique challenges of this dynamic market.”
