Sprague Pest Solutions was named a 2024 Top Workplaces award recipient for SouthWest Washington and Oregon by The Oregonian. This marks the second consecutive year that Sprague has received this achievement. The award encompasses Sprague’s branches in Portland, Eugene and Medford, Ore.
The list is determined solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers including alignment, execution and connection. The honor was awarded to 123 companies whose engagement survey results have shown to foster a “welcoming and empowering culture.”

Sprague to serve Eastern Washington, and soon after opened a second location in Tacoma, Wash., to serve customers in the western half of the Evergreen State. It was purchased in 1931 by A.H. Treleven Sr., whose grandson Larry Treleven is a Pest Management Professional Hall of Famer (Class of 2016). Now in its fourth generation, the Treleven family still leads the company today.
