Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators opened a new commercial service center in Chattanooga, Tenn. This strategic move enables Arrow to better serve the eastern Tennessee and north Georgia markets.
“Arrow’s goal is to build lasting relationships with our business partners,” says Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO. “Our experienced service professionals offer expertise in pest control for businesses, prevention, termite protection, wildlife control as well as other pest management services. We look forward to better serving the businesses of Chattanooga and rolling out the red carpet for them with our focus on customer service and sustainability.”
The service center also helps accommodate recent growth within Arrow and provides career advancement opportunities for Arrow team members, explains Mike Malone, senior VP of marketing.
The Chattanooga office represents the 11th service center for this region and the second commercial service center in Tennessee.
“The new Chattanooga commercial service center officially opened on Oct. 7, and they have started off strong like we knew they would,” says Tim Pollard, senior executive VP and COO. “We are excited to announce this new location joins Arrow’s growing list of 123 service centers throughout the United States and is strategic to our growth objective of $300 million and beyond.”
Frank Roy, VP of commercial services, leads the branch.
“I am super excited to open this new service center and be able to offer our pest control services to businesses in eastern Tennessee,” says Roy. “This is what we do, and I’m so proud to have this team of trained and seasoned professionals on the ground and ready to go.”
