Schopen Pest Solutions has promoted Wendy Sepsey from director of billing to its first-ever general manager.
In the three years she has been with the McHenry, Ill.-based firm, Sepsey has helped it move away from paper billing, and has helped clients navigate through an online payment portal. Formerly an insurance manager, Sepsey recently earned her Wisconsin pest management certificate and license.
“It’s so nice to work with a team that lives our core values every day and truly cares about the client’s happiness,” she said in a news release. “I’ve put a lot of time and effort into Schopen Pest during the past three years, and it is wonderful to be recognized for those efforts.”
The Johnsburg, Ill., native currently resides in Spring Grove, Ill., with her husband, Joe, and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Marvel movies and crafting.
