Adam’s Pest Control recently opened a new 33,331-square-foot headquarters in its same town of Medina, Minn. The new facility opened exactly 17 years to the week after its last headquarters relocation.

Nestled on a scenic property, the headquarters is surrounded by a century-old forest, active wetlands and thriving honey bee colonies. A notable site highlight is a bald eagle’s nest, prominently visible from Highway 55.

The building’s design reflects the company’s respect for nature and dedication to fostering collaboration. Inside, eight meeting spaces are named after Minnesota’s iconic birds of prey, providing an inspiring backdrop for creativity and teamwork:

  • Level 1: Bald Eagle, Golden Eagle, Cooper’s Hawk
  • Level 2: American Barn Owl, Great Horned Owl, Snowy Owl
  • Level 3: Prairie Falcon, Peregrine Falcon

The new headquarters also includes an insect viewing lab, where visitors can observe species such as tarantulas, praying mantises and Madagascar hissing cockroaches.

The facility also features an American flag art piece crafted from 546 mouse snap traps. It was designed by Co-Owner Andrea Doop and assembled with the support of materials donated by Kness Pest Defense.
