Cetane facilitates acquisition of All Seasons Pest Control to Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control

Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, located in Dallas, Texas, recently acquired All Seasons Pest Control, located in Euless, Texas. All Seasons Pest Control is a client of Cetane Associates, a New Milford, Conn.-based financial advisory and transaction firm providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expertise to the home services industries.

Founded by Bryan Johnson, All Seasons Pest Control has been a provider of pest management solutions for both residential and commercial clients since 1994. The company has expanded over the years and built long-lasting relationships, earning a reputation for quality service in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control was founded in 2011 by Jason Revill and Joseph Barclay. The pair set out to “develop a more effective and innovative approach to pest management, focusing on better, more efficient methods for their clients.“

Cetane served as the sole arranger and financial advisor to All Seasons Pest Control. Cetane advised on the sale, including an initial valuation opinion, marketing the business through a confidential process, assisting in negotiating the final deal terms and coordinating the due diligence process. Team members Duncan McMurchie, Dalton Brooks and Bob Williamson, Cetane Associates’ Pest & Lawn director and a Pest Management Professional online columnist, managed the transaction.
