Wisconsin PWIPM webinar features Arrow VP

The Wisconsin chapter of the Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) will host a virtual Lunch and Learn on Thursday, Jan. 30 at 1 p.m. Eastern.

The session will feature guest speaker Mickey Thomas, senior vice president of customer care and inside sales for Arrow Exterminators, who will present “Make Lemons into Lemonade.”

During the session, Thomas will cover different interactions within customer service including elevating your customer service skills by understanding that customers have choices. Thomas will also discuss the importance of checking your team’s temperature and gauging your customer’s experience.

Thomas has a passion for training and innovation, which has given her multiple opportunities to serve in leadership roles for the company beginning in 2007. She has been honored with several awards including Impact Player of the Year Award two years in a row. She is a graduate of the National Pest Management Association Executive Leadership Program and currently serves as the Chair for PWIPM.
