Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted three team members to new positions.

Ed Baker, who has been with the company since 2016, was promoted to business manager for the company’s Florida Commercial Division. He will remain based at the company’s Broward/Palm Beach County Commercial service office.

Charles Jentzen was promoted to manager of the company’s West Broward, Fla., location. Jentzen joined Truly Nolen in January 2024 as a manager-in-training.

Rossani Nelson was promoted to resource specialist for Central Florida. Nelson joined Truly Nolen in 2013 as a renewal inspector and has held multiple positions over the past 11 years working for the company.

“Ed’s nearly three decades of pest control industry experience and tremendous leadership skills made him the perfect choice for this new position,” said Verne Keller, commercial district manager, Florida. “He makes everyone around him better, and I look forward to his continued growth and success.”

Some of Jentzen’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local West Broward community, as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“The most exciting thing for me about my new role is that I see this as a tremendous learning opportunity — a sort of re-entry to college, but in a very practical and applied way,” said Jentzen. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is how the company invests in the development of its people.”

As for Nelson, his new responsibilities will include working with new and existing team members to ensure high level execution and adherence to company service protocols, handling service office technical audits and working with the operations managers to troubleshoot challenging pest issues.

“Rossani’s ability to work in concert with others, maintain consistency in service standards and provide customers with top-flight service made him a natural choice for his new position,” said Neal Killian, area manager, Central Florida. “I look forward to his continued success, and I am glad he is a member of our team.”
