  • Case Ives has been promoted from director of human resources to vice president of human resources and administrative operations.
  • Jeff Ives has been promoted from director of operations and technology to vice president of operations and technology integration.
  • Kim Rodriguez has been promoted from corporate counsel to director of legal and compliance.
  • Mark Sheperdigian, BCE, a Pest Management Professional frequent contributor and Editorial Advisory Board member, has been promoted from vice president of technical services to chief science officer.

By strengthening the roles of key leaders, the company aims to deliver even more efficient, innovative and responsive services across its residential and commercial divisions.

“We believe that these title changes are critical to ensuring we meet and exceed the evolving needs of our clients,” said Jim Ives, president of Rose Pest Solutions. “Each of these leaders has demonstrated exceptional dedication to our clients and team members, and by giving them greater responsibility, we’re positioning ourselves to provide even more specialized, client-focused solutions. These changes will enhance our operations, streamline processes and continue driving the growth and success of Rose Pest Solutions.”
