2 employees at Truly Nolen promoted to manager roles

Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted Damon Evans to area manager for California and Nevada. He will remain based at the company’s Palm Desert, Calif. service office. Additionally, Robert Bucher was promoted to manager of the company’s San Diego service office.

“I am most excited about working with a broader spectrum of people in leadership as well as leading my team to a hopefully more successful path to their own success and personal growth,” said Evans. “My favorite thing about Truly Nolen is that while you drive your own train toward your career path, you have many people that will assist you step-by-step and motivate you to reach your desired destination.”

  • Joined Truly Nolen in February 2016.
  • Most recently the manager of the company’s Palm Desert office.
  • He will now oversee the company’s service offices in San Diego, San Marcos, Palm Desert, Orange and Las Vegas.

“Damon has consistently embodied our company’s core values while showing a commitment to personal growth, professional development, and fostering a positive team environment,” said Justin Bellet, chief operating officer, Truly Nolen. “All of these attributes along with his previous success as Palm Desert Manager made him an easy choice for his new position.”

  • Joined Truly Nolen in February 2024 as a manager-in-training.
  • In this new role, he will help the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local San Diego community, as well as, instill the company’s core values throughout his team.

“I am most excited about bringing a positive work culture to my fellow team members in San Diego,” said Bucher. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is working alongside an array of fellow team members that are passionate and dedicated to helping solve our customer’s pest issues.”
