NaturZone Pest Control promotes 5 to help support 2025 growth efforts

Sarasota, Fla.-based NaturZone Pest Control recently promoted five team members to help support the company’s growth efforts.

Aly Herbst

“Our team’s successful execution of NaturZone’s vision to provide world-class customer service to our clients within the Southwest region of Florida is evidenced by our client retention rate of greater than 95 percent in 2018-2024, while maintaining record-breaking growth in our portfolio of clients.,“ said President Andrew Longfellow.  The team’s success has afforded us the opportunity to invest heavily in additional support roles for service, admin and sales in 2025 to ensure our clients are getting the world-class service they’ve come to expect as we continue to grow.”

Sean Cleary

Aly Herbst has been the administrative manager at NaturZone since 2018. With over 17 years of experience in the industry she has helped support NaturZone growth from 20 employees in 2018 to 58. Her promotion to vice president of admin support reflects her impact on our business and more accurately reflects her responsibilities at the company.

Sara Fus

Sean Cleary was promoted to vice president of operations. He has been responsible for NaturZone’s service department since 2018. During that time he has overseen a client retention rate of 95 percent or greater. He started in 2012 and worked as a technician for 6 years and a service manager for 3 years.

Joe Lacross

Sara Fus has been promoted to a new role called business analyst. She will be focused on data analysis, forecasting, planning and improving operational efficiency in the new role.

Kevin Bryne

Joe Lacross joined Team NaturZone in 2022, initially as a technician and was promoted to quality assurance auditor in 2023. After achieving success in that role, he is being promoted to service manager for the greater Sarasota area.

Kevin Byrne served as a pest control technician for NaturZone in the Longboat Key area since 2018. He has consistently been among the top sales for technicians over the last 7 years. Reflecting his consistent performance, Byrne was promoted to sales consultant in 2025.
