PiChi010619_F Andrea and Kristin Coron, who helped coordinate the event as part of their Pi Chi Omega management duties, were quick to hand out candy prizes throughout the night, and ended with two big prizes: The highest scorer, Gene White, BCE, of Rentokil, Columbus, Ohio, won a door mug that this editor didn't get the chance to snap a photo of. I’m not much for participatory journalism — nor should I be, in this industry, as I’m not licensed to work in any state! But after a five-hour drive Sunday afternoon from Northeast Ohio to the hallowed halls of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind., I couldn’t resist capping the evening by attending an event that featured a couple hours of pizza, bowling and fellowship. The Pi Chi Omega Bowling Stones event took place Sunday evening on campus at the Union Rack And Roll, and was a wonderful time to catch up with fellow members of this longstanding industry fraternity, which was founded at Purdue University in 1950.
