Evolve YT AGP Program expands to second beta test

IMAGE: EVOLVE YTEvolve YT’s Accelerated Growth Profit (AGP) Program is expanding into a second beta test with six pest control companies from across the country.

The AGP beta test is an 18-week program, where participating service managers from each company work one-on-one with Evolve YT educators and implementers. During this time, the participating service managers will follow prescribed activities, cadence and execution in AGP’s Six Fundamentals to accelerate gross profit.

The enroll participating service managers for the second AGP beta include include Ian Wellinger of Pest-End in New Hampshire, Kenny DeVore of ATCO Pest Control in California, Dontre Hall of Accel Pest & Termite Control in Virginia and Ohio, Ryan Wiles of Patton Termite & Pest in Kansas, Moses Tafolla of Best Pest in California, and Travis Adams of Getem Services in Virginia.

“We had a lot of successes and opportunities in beta one,” said Evolve YT CEO Phil Cooper, “which is why we wanted to conduct a second beta to finalize our tactics before bringing AGP to market. We’ve seen incredible results to this point and look forward to seeing even more individuals improve and reach new heights in our second beta.”

Cooper added that in addition to bringing on new participating service managers and different companies from beta one, two new implementors will be joining the Evolve YT team.

“We’re excited to announce that Justin Hedlund and Michelle Patschke will be joining Sarah Latyn as AGP implementors,” Cooper said. “We believe Justin and Michelle will bring the necessary accountability and coaching to their clients as they progress throughout the beta.”

Although there are three new companies in the beta, the original three companies from beta one are returning with new supervisors.

“The benefits that we saw during beta one contributed to our decision to enroll another supervisor,” said Courtney Carace, ACE, COO for Pest-End. “Our outside operations team is rather green, and we believe that providing ongoing training and support for those new to leadership positions is essential to the success of the team. We hope that individuals continue to refine skills and utilize what they learn in this beta to better coach those on their team.”

As Pest-End continues its aggressive growth plan, Carace said that having an outside source that provides ongoing training and accountability for its supervisors is exactly what the company needed.

“The pest control industry lacks consistent, effective training for management,” Carace said. “It is also challenging for companies who are scaling to dedicate internal resources to developing a strong supervisor. Utilizing an outside company to assist with this essential task is extremely beneficial and also provides a valuable outside perspective that can be gleaned for insights into the individual and company as a whole.”

The current AGP beta will run now through Sept. 2 with it potentially coming to market this fall. For more information on the AGP Program, or any of Evolve YT’s offerings, visit the Evolve YT website.
