Truly Nolen promotes manager for California service office

Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Jimmie Reed to manager of the company’s Orange, Calif., service office.

Reed joined Truly Nolen Pest Control in December 2020 as a salesperson before transitioning to manager-in-training. Prior to joining the company, he spent five years as a general manager with U.S. Financial Solutions, a company specializing in helping people with federal student loan debt. He earned an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Palomar College in San Diego, Calif.

Some of Reed’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain viability with the local Orange community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.

“I am looking forward to leading my team and helping them be successful in solving our customer’s pest control problems,” Reed said in a news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the family environment; everyone wants to see everyone succeed and are willing to help at any cost.”

Lee Blair, operational senior district manager at Truly Nolen Pest Control, added, “Jimmie was a great asset as the assistant manager for our Orange service office for two months prior to this promotion. He has also embraced our company’s core values and culture, and I look forward to his continued success with our company.”
