FieldRoutes, a ServiceTitan company and cloud-based mobile SaaS for field service business, announced two events that will take place at the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA’s) PestWorld 2022 in Boston, Mass.

FieldRoutes will demonstrate the software’s latest enhancement during PestWorld 2022, according to the news release.

These enhancements will benefit its customers’ ability to grow their business, enable them to become more efficient, attract and retain employees and increase their overall satisfaction with the platform. These features include developments to the FieldRoutes e-commerce platform — the only fully integrated end-to-end e-commerce solution available in the industry — the inclusion of technician tipping, a new mobile app, reporting enhancements and its new Knowledge Base. The company also plans to officially launch its invitation-only user group, the FieldRoutes Pathfinder Network.

“If we’ve learned anything in the last few years, it’s that the world is rapidly changing,” said William Chaney, CEO of FieldRoutes. “As a technology provider, we’re in a unique position to help pest control companies of all sizes make the most of emerging opportunities like e-commerce and technician tipping while continuing to develop new and easier ways to grow and scale their business. We’ve been busy doing exactly that this past year and we’re looking forward to showcasing these exciting new features and more at PestWorld 2022.”

FieldRoutes also announced its official sponsorship of NPMA’s Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) Council and its Gold Supplier Club sponsorship of the nonprofit’s Workforce Development Program.

These significant commitments represent a continuation of fellow ServiceTitan company, ServicePro’s — now a part of FieldRoutes — 15-year involvement in various organizations and committees to support the growth and development of the field service industry.

“FieldRoutes software is designed to help companies of all sizes grow fast and do more with the resources they already have in place to enable them to achieve their goals. But it will take more than software alone to solve these ongoing workforce challenges,” Chaney said. “Both of these impactful programs serve to help businesses resolve workforce issues in different, yet meaningful ways. Diversity is a core value for us at FieldRoutes, and we’re honored to stand behind the PWIPM Council’s efforts to ensure that women entering the pest control industry have the information, training, and support needed to excel in this space. Their efforts also have the added benefit of attracting more women into this industry as potential employees, making it a little easier for pest control companies to widen their talent pool and fill their ranks. We’re proud to support these efforts and encourage others to get involved as well.”

Officially formed in 1987, PWIPM has become an invaluable resource for peer-to-peer learning and professional development for women in the pest control industry. They host regular meetings at events like the upcoming PestWorld 2022 conference, recognize industry leaders through their Women of Excellence Award, publish a quarterly newsletter and raise money for various charities, among other activities.

“PWIPM has grown exponentially over the past decade to include local networks, the NPMA Women’s Forum, and more. I am very excited to see FieldRoutes and PWIPM both continue to grow in the future,” said NPMA CEO Dominique Stumpf.
