What’s the forecast?
We’re not talking about winter as we begin 2026, although you should always know how much you’ll need to layer up.
No, we’re talking about the forecast for your pest control company.
Do you know the expected number of services, ordered by service type, and projected revenue for them? Do you know your potential revenue from recurring services?
With FieldRoutes software, you won’t get frozen out of knowing how your pest control company is expecting to perform.
In 2025, Kwik Kill Pest Control in Madison, Wis., paired its software platform with implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to assist in strategic planning and goal-setting.
“When you couple that with FieldRoutes, where you have your forecast report and you can see those metrics and analytics growing daily, it just works really well together,” says Breanna Neerland, the company’s vice president.
FieldRoutes’ forecast report bases projections on the latest of three dates — the last completed service, next scheduled service or customer creation date — and applies the service frequency defined in the subscription card.
“You get to see that growth,” Neerland says. “You can start to plan for the number of technicians you’ll need to put on. Along with the dashboard: The dashboard is wonderful to always know where you are for your month. You can change it easily to see your year, your quarter, and constantly stay on top of your metrics.”
