Nancy Leshley

Nancy Leshley

Tacoma, Wash.-based Sprague Pest Solutions announced Nancy Leshley, route manager in Eugene, Ore., earned the associate certified entomologist (ACE) certification.

She is the fourth women within Sprague Pest Solutions to earn this certification.

The ACE certification, awarded by the Entomological Society of America, recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional expertise and proficiency in entomology and pest management.

Leshley’s tenure at Sprague spans over a decade. Her willingness to relocate, from the Oregon coast to Eastern Oregon, taking one of the largest routes that includes the branch’s largest account, exemplifies her dedication to the company’s growth and success.

Leshley’s most significant contributions are training new employees and serving as the safety officer for the branch. She actively provides insights and suggestions to enhance team safety protocols.

Eugene Branch Manager Sean Candelaria said in the news release, “Nancy is a driving force in our branch. She is extremely motivated, passionate, and actively involved in every facet of our operations. Her loyalty to providing exceptional service to our clients is unparalleled. Nancy is an invaluable asset to our team, and her ACE certification is another feather in her cap.”
