Since 1982, this list has represented a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent small businesses. Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
Not only have the companies on the 2018 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $206.1 billion in 2017, accounting for 664,095 jobs over the past three years.
“Achieving this level of growth was part of our long-term strategy,” says Versacor President Jason Eicher. “However, being recognized for this accomplishment certainly validates all the hard work and energy the associates of Versacor have poured in to building this company. We are fortunate as well as honored to have such a dedicated staff of talented professionals.”
In a statement, Axiom Eco notes that “it is thrilling to be ranked in the top half of the fastest growing companies in America. Our company’s focus on excellent customer service and eco-friendly pest control definitely has helped us expand our business.”
In a statement, Go-Forth Pest Control notes that “for a second year, we have proven that superior entrepreneurship and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction are what we strive for.”
