When it comes to detecting bed bugs, providing customers with a confident answer is key. The new TruDetx Bed Bug Rapid Test enables pest management professionals (PMPs) to identify even low-level bed bug infestations immediately with a science-based test. After the inspection is complete, the test results will be available in just five minutes. The PMP will be able to present the customer with clear results that determine whether bed bug residue is present — with more than 90 percent accuracy, per a study published in Scientific Reports on Aug. 7, 2020. The test is a simple lateral flow strip that works like a COVID-19 self-test.
