Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators acquired All Guard Pest Control in Chandler, Ariz. This deal expands Arrow’s presence in the South Phoenix and East Valley markets.

“When we decided to sell our business, we contacted Arrow given their reputation for the two mergers they successfully completed in Phoenix during the past few years,” says owner Matthew Kennedy.“We were so pleased with those previous transactions that we felt very comfortable in entrusting Arrow with All Guard’s assets.”
All Guard employees joined the Arrow team in the metropolitan Phoenix area and operate as Arrow Exterminators.
