Reflecting on her new role, Allen said in the news release, “In my time at NPMA, the most rewarding parts of my job have involved creating networking opportunities for people in the industry and helping companies solve problems using the resources and support network that QualityPro and NPMA offer. I am excited to continue to support our members and I look forward to doing more work with state, provincial, and international associations to grow the number of companies that are a part of our wonderful associations. My experience serving as executive director for the New England Pest Management Association showed me how an engaged state-level volunteer leadership can support, grow, and defend our industry and I want to do what I can to work with our industry partners to make that happen everywhere.”

In his new role, Nappi will support the credentialing organization for the structural pest management industry. With nearly three years of dedicated service at NPMA and a career of working for associations, Nappi has demonstrated his commitment to meeting the mission of NPMA. In addition to his new role, Nappi serves as the executive director of West Virginia Pest Management Association, Connecticut Pest Control Association, and staff liaison to the NPMA Business Innovations Committee.
