ACTION Termite and Pest Control increases Arizona presence following CimeX Control partnership

ACTION Termite and Pest Control recently formed a strategic partnership with CimeX Control, a pest management company based in Scottsdale, Ariz. The collaboration reinforces the company’s presence in Scottsdale.

“As the CEO of ACTION Termite and Pest Control, I am excited to announce our strategic partnership with CimeX Control,” Brent Agee noted in a news release. “Both companies are experiencing rapid growth, and together, we will focus on team building and creating new opportunities for our technicians. This partnership is more than about business growth; it’s about fostering a dynamic workplace where everyone can succeed and grow together.”

This partnership marks the company’s third partnership in the Phoenix metro area in the first half of 2024, after previous partnerships with Friendly Pest Control, based in Payson, Ariz., and Affordable Pest Control, which serves the East Valley region in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

“There are multiple reasons why [my wife] Ann and I chose ACTION. The fact that I was still going to be involved in the growth of CimeX, while still leading the team.
