Now available from your favorite distributors, new EcoVia Fly Killer is formulated to kill filth flies at the source and kill all life stages of flies. It also kills odor-causing bacteria. This research-based, botanical insecticide is registered as a 25(b) category, minimum-risk product through the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and is exempt from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It is designed for treating small and large flies, including fruit, phorid, drain, house, lesser house and blow fly species.

EcoVia Fly Killer uses naturally occurring plant oils to kill fly eggs and larvae, and kill and repel adult flies and kill odor-causing bacteria. The thickened formula coats the side of drains when applied directly; penetrates bio-films; and loosens grease and organic debris — assisting with cleanup. EcoVia Fly Killer can also be diluted with water and sprayed, foamed or mopped on larger surfaces.

The label includes broad-use sites indoors and outdoors, and can be applied wherever organic debris accumulates where small and large flies feed and lay eggs. EcoVia Fly Killer can also be applied when the facility is in operation. The product is biodegradable, considered to be safe for pipes and septic systems, and has a natural herbal-lemon scent. It is available in a 1-quart bottle.
