Aspire Software, a ServiceTitan Co.
CEO
ServiceTitan is expanding FieldRoutes’ integrations, as it continues to enhance its software to support pest control companies trying to boost profitability as they meet and exceed expectations of their digital-first, mobile-centric customers.
FieldRoutes customers using ServiceTitan Fleet Pro and its real-time and historical data for fleet management are finding unnecessary expenses eliminated, risk minimized and technician performance improved. Fleet Pro follows the earlier integration of Marketing Pro, whose capabilities segment email and direct-mail campaigns to put the right message in front of the right customers at the right times, into the FieldRoutes toolbox.
In addition, the FieldRoutes Partner Marketplace has welcomed Inova, delivering payroll, human resources (HR), and benefits assistance, and Wisetack, a consumer financing platform, among numerous offerings.
PREDICTIONS: Pest control companies push to meet their customers where they are. FieldRoutes will continue to optimize its software to build smooth communication and convenience for customers who want to buy, schedule and pay for services in one seamless experience.
And, of course, there’s Artificial Intelligence (AI). For FieldRoutes, AI also means All In.
ServiceTitan’s game-changing investments will continue to bring the power of AI to FieldRoutes customers. AI will enable pest control companies to mine data to determine:
- Patterns, such as why some customers renew and others do not.
- Predictors, showing more growth opportunities for business.
AI will allow humans to do what they do best: Serve their customers. The system will take care of the rest.

LabelSDS.com
President and CEO
LabelSDS.com is constantly looking for ways to streamline and add value to our product for PMPs. We have added a few new and innovative features to the platform over the past year:
- Our new Lock N Load Feature (pictured) allows PMPs to access their company labels and safety data sheets (SDS) from anywhere, even without Wi-Fi or a cell signal.
- Our EZ Product Selector is an extensive pesticide product search engine. It allows PMPs to search for products based on a variety of criteria, such as labeled pests, use sites, signal word, Insecticide Resistance Action Committee (IRAC) designations, active ingredients and more.
- Our QR coded technology allows PMPs to access their labels and SDS with a quick scan of their own unique QR code.
Our goal with these new features is to assist PMPs with researching products and add increased reliability and ease of access to their labels and SDS.
PREDICTIONS: In the future, pest control software programs will automate, simplify and combine as many business processes as possible to make business management easier for PMPs. I envision a program that will perform most, if not all the business processes, such as routing, billing, accounting, human resources, sales, marketing and regulatory processes.

WorkWave
Chief Product Officer
WorkWave is committed to PestPac’s ongoing modernization. Changes in the software’s layout and navigation have made it significantly easier to glide through workflows, particularly for users onboarding with the product.
In addition to modernizing, we’ve also been globalizing. PestPac now offers Canadian measurements, vernacular and more, enabling more PMPs to take advantage of PestPac’s functionality.
Other recent developments in PestPac, such as Customer Notifications and Communication Center’s Quick Actions, empower users to home in on meeting customers’ expectations regarding ongoing communication. From streamlining interactions for customer service representatives (CSRs) to automating many common communications, PestPac is committed to helping users build stronger, longer-lasting client relationships.
PREDICTIONS: Over the next few years, we anticipate AI becoming more ubiquitous across the pest control industry. One area where AI excels — and stands to save PMPs plenty of labor hours — is disseminating complex data and recognizing patterns. We’re especially excited about our plans to integrate AI into our customer communication tools, automating steps like summarizing engagements so employees have access to recaps during future interactions without the need to leaf through messy written notes.
Beyond automating tasks for CSRs, AI also stands to play a key role in customer retention. By analyzing customer engagements, AI can help to gauge customer sentiment. This provides immense value for users in the form of churn analysis: By recognizing patterns in customer behavior, AI can flag churn risks sooner so PMPs can take steps to intervene and resolve issues before a customer is lost.
