J. Edwards advises on Central sale to Aurilio Investments

Aurilio Investments has acquired Murphy, N.C.-based Central Termite & Pest Control; Joey Edwards of J. Edwards Services Inc. represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Central Termite & Pest Control on the transaction.

This is Gainesville, Fla.-based Aurilio Investments’ first acquisition in North Carolina, and will allow its business to expand on its full line of services including termite, pest and mosquito services.

Brian Aurilio, president of Aurilio Investments, also now serves as Central’s president. Aurilio has 34 years of industry experience, including founding his own company in 2007.

“We are very excited to welcome the Central Termite & Pest Control team members and customers,” he said in a news release. “Their reputation for customer service is a direct reflection of the experienced team they’ve built. We are now positioned for further expansion in and around North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.”
