Target webinar goes ‘beyond traps and baffles’

The panel discussion includes Saman Majdnia, RNS Products Inc., and Joe Hayman, HY-C, unveiling the latest innovations in wildlife management.

RNS Products specializes in designing and manufacturing innovative products for pest management professionals (PMPs). Its Rhino Excluders brand offers humane solutions for removing various nuisance wildlife. Majdnia has 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, owning and operating Brilliex Pest Control. As the co-founder and president of Dallas, Texas-based RNS Products since 2020, he has brought his expertise in pest control operations and product design to the forefront.

HY-C has been dedicated to safeguarding homes and families for more than seven decades through a diverse range of home improvement products. Particularly noteworthy is their expertise in nuisance wildlife control screens, highlighting “a steadfast commitment to addressing homeowners’ concerns related to wildlife issues,” per the webinar registration page. Joe Hayman, a Purdue University alumnus (Class of 1999), is a leading authority in wildlife damage management. He founded Hayman Wildlife Management in 2000, impacting wildlife control practices with innovative approaches. Since 2018, Hayman has led the Hy-Guard Exclusion product division at HY-C, a St. Louis, Mo.-based manufacturer of exclusion products. His focus on sales and training has enhanced the division’s market position. Hayman is also a committed educator, sharing his knowledge and experience to advance professionals’ skills in the field.
