Joe Hayman, a Purdue University alumnus (Class of 1999), is a leading authority in wildlife damage management. Since 2018, Hayman has led the Hy-Guard Exclusion product division at HY-C, a St. Louis, Mo.-based manufacturer of exclusion products. His focus on sales and training has enhanced the division’s market position. Hayman is also a committed educator, sharing his knowledge and experience to advance professionals’ skills in the field.
