Orlando, Fla.-based Massey Services has acquired both Orange Environmental Services of Orange Park, Fla., and Ridd Pest Control of Miami, Fla.
Orange Environmental Services offered residential and commercial pest control, termite and landscape services in Northeast Florida since 1972. Joey Edwards of J. Edwards Services Inc. represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Orange Environment Services on the transaction.
Founded in 2020, Ridd Pest Control of Miami offered residential pest, termite, mosquito and rodent control services in the South Florida region, including Coconut Creek, North Lauderdale, Royal Palm and Palm Aire communities.
