Truly Nolen promotes 3 Arizona-based managers

Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted three managers in recent weeks:

Nanette Marchello has been named national recruiting manager, remaining based at the company’s human resources (HR) headquarters in Phoenix, Ariz. Marchello joined Truly Nolen in September 2011 and has spent over 12 years in the HR department actively developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan for the company. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, she has an additional 20 years of HR and talent acquisition industry experience with multiple companies in Phoenix and in Houston, Ariz., and has trained many executive, regional, and field managers on a variety of interviewing techniques. In addition to her HR background, Marchello is a certified paralegal.

Jeremy Christopherson has been named manager of the company’s SaddleBrooke (Ariz.) service office, based in Tucson. Christopherson joined Truly Nolen in July 2017 as a sales professional at the company’s flagship Tucson service office, where he made President’s Club multiple times due to his success. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Burns Pest Elimination in Phoenix as a service/sales coordinator for two years. Christopherson is a business marketing graduate of the University of Phoenix.

David Bolton has been named national commercial division manager, based in Tucson. The division manages pest control in all 50 states and for some of the largest companies, brands and restaurants throughout the United States. Bolton has been with Truly Nolen since 2012, where he was previously manager of the company’s Green Valley and flagship Tucson service offices before serving as the national commercial branch manager for the last seven years. Prior to joining the company, he spent 12 years in the rental car industry as a district manager for Avis/Budget. In addition, Bolton is a graduate of the University of Northern Arizona.
